🔄 Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
The product delivered is incorrect or not as described.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Products that cannot be returned include:
Software, digital products, or licenses once activated.
Consumables (like ink, toner, etc.) that have been opened.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
💵 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, bank transfer, or card).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be provided through bank transfer or mobile payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipping/dispatch without any charge.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (based on our Return Policy).

For customized or special-order products, returns/refunds may not be applicable.
